Gender Equality Index

All French companies with more than 50 employees are required to publish the gender equality index score set forth by the decree of January 8, 2019. The index score is calculated by taking into account the pay gap between men and women, and other factors listed below. The maximum score is 100.

  1. Gender pay gap

  2. Difference in the rate of individual increases

  3. Number of female employees receiving a raise following maternity leave

  4. Parity among the 10 highest earners

  5. Promotion rate gap (only for companies with more than 250 employees).
